By accessing or using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Quazar Digital OÜ.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

A personal account is automatically created using the email address provided during checkout. Users can manage their subscription, billing information, and cancellation through their account dashboard.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

When a user initiates the cancellation process, the Service may present optional promotional offers, including discounted pricing or other retention offers. Acceptance of any promotional offer is entirely voluntary. Users may decline all offers and complete cancellation immediately.

Once cancellation has been completed:

• no future automatic subscription renewals will occur;
• no additional recurring charges will be made unless the subscription is reactivated;
• a confirmation email may be sent confirming cancellation and providing an opportunity to reactivate the subscription using a promotional offer.

The Service may also display promotional offers after cancellation. Accepting such an offer will reactivate the subscription under the terms presented to the user at that time.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The email address provided during checkout serves as the primary identifier for the user's account.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date.

You retain ownership of all files, documents, and content you upload to the Service (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant Quazar Digital OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, transmit, modify, analyse, convert, translate, summarise, extract, and otherwise use such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Service.

This licence terminates when your User Content is deleted from our systems.

The Service may store uploaded files and generated documents for up to 180 days to provide:

• Account functionality;
• Document history;
• Customer support;
• Security monitoring;
• Fraud prevention;
• Service improvement.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before changes become effective.

Continued use of a subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of Quazar Digital OÜ and its licensors.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, databases, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation, is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and generated outputs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAZAR DIGITAL OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

AI-generated summaries, OCR results, translations, document analyses, and other outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, translation, compliance, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAZAR DIGITAL OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR

(B) €100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quazar Digital OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your User Content;
• Your use of the Service;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Violation of applicable law;
• Violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, security reasons, fraud, abuse, or operational reasons.

For paid subscriptions terminated by us for convenience, we will provide reasonable notice and any legally required refund.

You may delete your account at any time through your account dashboard.

Termination of your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless cancellation is completed through the subscription management process.

Upon termination, personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
