Quazar Digital OÜ engages trusted third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to help deliver, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Service. Each Sub-Processor is contractually required to process personal data only for authorised purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

Our primary infrastructure is hosted by Contabo GmbH in Germany.
Accordingly, the majority of user account data, uploaded files, generated documents, and application data are stored within the European Union.
From time to time, Quazar Digital OÜ may engage additional service providers for:
- Infrastructure hosting;
- File storage;
- Monitoring and logging;
- Customer support;
- Email delivery;
- Security services;
- Document processing;
- Analytics;
- Fraud prevention;
- Subscription management;
- Billing services.
Any provider that processes personal data on our behalf will be added to this page where required.
Where a Sub-Processor is located outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Quazar Digital OÜ implements appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions where applicable, and other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under GDPR and applicable privacy legislation.
This list may be updated from time to time as service providers are added, removed, or modified. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page.
