By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring billing using your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

A personal account is automatically created using the email address provided during checkout. You may manage your subscription and cancel it at any time through your account dashboard.

When you choose to cancel your subscription, the Service may present an optional promotional offer, such as a temporary discount, allowing you to continue your subscription. Acceptance of such an offer is entirely voluntary. You may decline the offer and complete cancellation immediately.

Once your subscription has been cancelled:

• no future automatic renewal charges will be made;
• a confirmation email will be sent confirming the cancellation;
• the confirmation email may include an optional promotional offer allowing you to reactivate your subscription.

To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed before your subscription renews.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for previous charges.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from certain purchases within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, subject to applicable law.

However, for digital content and digital services:

By initiating document processing, conversion, OCR, translation, summarisation, AI analysis, extraction, or similar functionality, you:

• expressly request immediate performance of the service;
• acknowledge that the service begins immediately;
• understand that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any rights you may have regarding defective services, unauthorised transactions, or other mandatory consumer protections.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact us directly.

Many issues can be resolved quickly through customer support or by managing your subscription through your account dashboard.

You will not be penalised for raising legitimate concerns regarding:

• unauthorised transactions;
• services not provided;
• material billing errors;
• significant failures of the Service.

Where a payment processor determines that a chargeback was fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to:

• suspend the account;
• restrict future purchases;
• terminate access to the Service;
• recover associated costs where permitted by law.
