By accessing or using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Quazar Digital OÜ.

These Terms govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, products, software, services, and features provided by Quazar Digital OÜ.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, GDPR Notice, and Sub-Processors page. Such policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service may offer free access, paid trial access, recurring subscriptions, and one-time purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms before the applicable renewal.

A personal account may be created using the email address provided during registration or checkout. Users can manage their subscription, billing information, and cancellation through their account dashboard.

Users may cancel their trial or subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

When a user initiates the cancellation process, the Service may present optional promotional offers, including discounted pricing or other retention offers. Acceptance of any promotional offer is entirely voluntary. Users may decline all offers and complete cancellation immediately.

The Service may also display promotional offers after cancellation. Accepting such an offer will reactivate the subscription under the terms presented to the user at that time.

Free Plan

The Free plan is available to registered users after signing in to their account.

The Free plan allows users to process a limited number of files per day, subject to limits on the number of input pages per processing request. Where multiple files are processed together, their pages may be counted together.

The applicable limits are displayed on the pricing page or on the relevant tool or result screen and may be changed by the Service from time to time.

Guests who are not signed in may process files and view a preview of the result, but must sign in or purchase access in order to download the processed file.

Paid Trial — Starter

The Service may offer a paid trial plan (“Starter”).

When purchasing Starter, you pay the one-time trial fee displayed during checkout and receive access to the applicable premium features for the trial period displayed during checkout.

The trial fee, duration of the trial, price of the subsequent subscription, and applicable billing period are displayed during checkout and are repeated in the confirmation email sent at the beginning of the trial.

Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, Starter automatically converts into a recurring paid subscription at the price and billing interval disclosed during checkout, using the payment method provided at purchase.

The subscription will then automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Pre-Authorisation Hold

If the trial period ends without cancellation, before the first subscription charge we may temporarily authorise or place a hold on your payment method for an amount equal to the applicable subscription fee.

A pre-authorisation hold is not an additional charge. The amount is reserved by your payment provider and may be captured as payment at the end of the hold period.

Premium access remains available while the hold is active.

If you cancel your subscription while the pre-authorisation hold is active, the authorised amount will be captured as payment for one subscription billing period. You will retain premium access until the end of that paid billing period, and no further automatic renewals will occur.

If the authorised amount can no longer be captured, including where the payment provider has released or declined the authorisation, the subscription may terminate immediately.

The applicable hold period is communicated in the confirmation email.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment a limited number of times during the following days and may notify you by email.

Premium access may be suspended while payment remains outstanding.

You may update your payment method through your account dashboard in order to complete payment.

If all payment attempts fail, the subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan. No further recurring charges will be made unless you purchase or reactivate a paid subscription.

Cancellation and Access

You may cancel a trial or subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Completing cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not necessarily terminate your current access immediately.

If you cancel:

• during the paid trial period: premium access remains available until the end of the trial period, and the subsequent subscription fee will not be charged;
• while a pre-authorisation hold is active: the authorised amount will be captured as payment for one billing period, premium access will remain available until the end of that paid period, and no further automatic renewals will occur;
• during an active paid subscription: premium access remains available until the end of the billing period already paid for;
• while a subscription payment remains unpaid: the subscription may terminate immediately.

After paid access ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

A cancelled trial or subscription may be reactivated through the account dashboard while access remains active, subject to the terms presented at the time of reactivation.

A cancellation confirmation email may be sent and may include an opportunity to reactivate the subscription using a promotional offer.

One Trial Per Account

A paid trial is available only once per account.

If you have previously used the paid trial, a subsequent purchase of premium features may result in a regular paid subscription or a one-time purchase for an individual file, as disclosed during checkout, without a new trial period.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The email address provided during registration or checkout serves as the primary identifier for the user's account.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date.

You retain ownership of all files, documents, and content you upload to the Service (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant Quazar Digital OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, transmit, modify, analyse, convert, translate, summarise, extract, and otherwise use such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Service.

This licence terminates when your User Content is deleted from our systems.

Retention periods depend on how the Service is used:

• files associated with registered user accounts may be stored for up to one (1) year;
• files uploaded by guests may be stored for up to five (5) days;
• guest files associated with a paid one-time purchase may be retained beyond the standard guest retention period and are not automatically deleted under the standard five-day guest deletion schedule.

Files and generated documents may be retained for these periods to provide:

• Account functionality;
• Document history;
• Customer support;
• Security monitoring;
• Fraud prevention;
• Service improvement.

We may change subscription pricing, trial pricing, billing periods, or available plans from time to time.

The applicable price and billing period are displayed to users before purchase.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before changes affecting an existing subscription become effective.

Continued use of a subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of Quazar Digital OÜ and its licensors.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, databases, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation, is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and generated outputs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAZAR DIGITAL OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

AI-generated summaries, OCR results, translations, document analyses, and other outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, translation, compliance, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAZAR DIGITAL OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR

(B) €100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quazar Digital OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your User Content;
• Your use of the Service;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Violation of applicable law;
• Violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, security reasons, fraud, abuse, or operational reasons.

For paid subscriptions terminated by us for convenience, we will provide reasonable notice and any legally required refund.

You may delete your account at any time through your account dashboard.

Termination or deletion of your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless cancellation is completed through the subscription management process.

Upon termination, personal data and User Content will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
