Hi Shane! Awesome stuff Sir! You alluded to the div element being used in the concat property & us figuring out where to put the DIV, might you provide a brief clue on where you would place it?
Concat(gallery1.Allitems, DIV? lol everything I try simply errors out. Ugh! Haha I appreciate and slight direction. Gracias.
Thank you so much
How give a pdf a tabular form?
Hi Shane, I need my report to appear in landscape orientation, how can I do it?
Which advanced course is this? I would like to buy your advanced course that goes over this topic.
Thanks Shane, can you help me on, what can be done to change the orientation of page to Landscape, while converting HTML file to PDF. Appreciate your help in advance.
Thanks Shane. This really helped. My budget is zero for building apps and flows to automate our admin processes, so 3rd party is out. I think using the flow Div height is the better option. Perhaps trying to anticipate the average items added to a gallery by a user and then adding a bit more height for safety, will be a lot easier. It's better to have more PDF pages in the result than cut-off pages.I have tried using divs in the app html box before, but that just ended up in a mess and lots of frustration.
Excellent Shane!!! I've been trying to figure this out for a long time. Thanks for sharing.
I'm on a project right now and I used your PDF generator guide and a lot of people including me came up with this problem. lo and behold you already have this also in your channel!!. Many thanks to all your guides!
hello i tried this but changing width and height as i've been looking for ages to get a landscape pdf – seems power automate accepts any html/css codes except those that could end up with a landscape format – any idea on this ? unless you know how to use powerapps print function in landscape and save the print-view back in sharepoint with a dynamic name and without using msflow conversion again ? i know – a lot of questions 🙁 anyway, thanks again for all these videos
You just saved my job!!! Not really, but this video just helped me immensely in doing dynamic page breaks that I was to the point I thought it couldn't be done. Thanks for saving the day!
Hi @shane. really helpful video. but do you know how to remove the line break in the coding? I am trying to split some text from outlook to excel and a link break is something i am unable to remove when i am coding in a compose action. would really appreciate if you could help
thanks for another great video…
would you know, how to add page numbers on PDF pages like .. page 1 of 10 ?
Hi Shane, love this video and learnt a lot from your previous videos. Is there a way to dynamically set up a <div> after a section based on the text inputted from Powerapps?
Great video! Thank you
So height: 100%; doesn't work I guess, right? 🙂
Thank you so much Shane! I've trying to build a reward in PDF with some background image and that's just fine. But the real problem here is that I need the text to be in a upright orientation. Do you know if these <div> trick could take down this problem? I've tried a lot of different CSS coding and none can solve this.
Finally, im looking for this content about a week
Thanks, Shane! Very helpful.
What still concerns me is the page break to be dynamic. For example I use concat to put a collection in HTML format. Do you know any possibility to have the page break dynamic so that it always breaks when a new page would start?
Thanks Shane. I learn a lot from your videos.
Do you know if it's possible to have a dynamic header set up in the HTML, based on content?
Great tip! I guess I could adjust some of the pixel values to change from A4 to letter. Is there any way to set the paper size?
Thanks Shane
Thanks! Do you have a video about how to use a fillable Word Form as a report from a SharePoint list? Seems that would be a nice way to format before printing to PDF.
