There must be a way to do this without the calculation power of your own computer. Is it possible on a remote desktop or azure virtual desktop?
Hi, I have a an excel file with predefined sheets, i would like to delete if there are any other sheets added other than predefined sheets and then refresh. How do i define this?

Hello, How to automate the launch of flows in PowerAutomat?
I would like the streams to run at midnight everyday for example.
ufff you made my life very easy. Can we automatically refresh this file twice in a day at 12 noon and 12 midnight (even after closing my laptop). Thanks once again brother.
And the last question, sorry about i AM new in power automate.. the flow run even if the pc is turn off? I need update the excel file even sundays
Hello, this works also in power automate web?
Is a there way to schedule a time when the flow runs automatically.
Hi! How can we paste the data from another excel and refresh when having multiple worksheets. Because everything is working in the same worksheet, even if I define them
Thank you….. You are the best…
Hi, for anyone who is wondering how much time is needed for your file to refresh. I have the same situation and the way I go about having excel finishes the refresh first then save and close is to use a Power Automate to run a Marco script within the Excel file in which is instructed to refresh, wait for it to finish and only when the refresh is completed then move on to execute the next line of code.
Is there any workaround to Refresh an Excel file in share point with Power Automate (not desktop)? The excel file in sharepoint has data consolidating from other files from share point folders. Currently I'm using "Refresh data when opening the file". I have two issues 1. Others who receive the file by email also needs share point access. 2. Takes more time to load. Hope you can give a solution.
Couldn't you skip the refresh step if "Refresh On File Open" is checked?
But when all this is gonna happen? I need to click run every time?
This was extremely helpful! Now… if I can solve for how to automate our VPN connection (we use FortiClient) prior to opening the workbook…. I'll be set lol
Hi, is there a way in Power Automate to open up multiple Excel files in their own instance? Scenario is that there are multiple files to refresh the take 5 – 30 minutes. Is there a way to do that simultaneously. Right now I'm manually opening separate Excel instances & refreshing.
Thank you! I've been searching for a long time to include a process just like this in my flow.
nice video Enterprise DNA. I broke that thumbs up on your video. Maintain up the terrific work.
Hi would like to check if we have multiple excel, is it possible to loop through all those excel and refresh?
Would it be possible to do the sane for all files in a OneDrive folder?
It actually doesn’t refresh the data (which is not checked in the video) as the file is saved and closed immediately after hitting the Refresh button. You need to add a “Wait” step before closing for the refresh to come through.
Useful demonstration! Thanks!!
But the original question was "to be done all online" and also between last step and close excel, how we ensure that the refresh has been completed?
Let's say the file which we opened; changes everyday with a filename as xyz.yyyy-mm-dd. Can the file opening be automatically taken as the very recent file which is present.
Pls also show how to schedule it in unattended mode else its.of no use for most of Business users however great tutorial loved it.
Could you do this in Power Automate online, rather than in PA Desktop, so the user's machine doesn't have to be on?
