Hi! I have a problem. When i hit send mails it does not send the emails. Recipients dont receive any mail.
I'm trying out the version trial of the Mail Merge Toolkit plug-in adds, prior to purchasing it for our firm, however, I ran the merge via the toolkit which worked perfectly, however, it automatically saves my merge document, and I don't want it saved.
Why does this happen?
after adding a message body via using the "edit message body" function, the button for " send x messages" is becoming inactivated and i cannot succeed on sending e-mails (I have Mail Merge Toolkit (Single user license)). the warning message is "this option is available in the professional edition" but there wasn't any buying option for pro-edition when I made the payment 12 hours ago. NEED AN URGENT HELP!
