Hi, this video helped me a lot but I want the data in pdf in tabular form please help me. Thanks for the video
Thank you for the walkthrough! I was able to replicate and get this to work, however I'm now running into an issue. When there is an empty or null field in my list, the flow will fail to replace the content (Since it's empty). I've been looking into triggers and ways to resolve this but i'm not sure how to structure it with the current code being used. Any thought?
Hi want to get the export all the gallery Items and including their attachments of those gallery records and create a PDF just like having all the records appended
how about uploaded photo on the list, can we also bring it into PDF format?
I create a button on edit form on shsrepoint list item ,I need to pass paramter from powerautomte to run this flow Flow.run(gallery.selected.Id) it is giving error
Thank you very much for this wonderful video.
Just a question: How would you implement to print the attachment (which could be jpg/png/pdf) additionally to the list items?
Thank you. Thank you . Thank you. This video was exactly what I was looking for and among the easiest to understand. My only change was to introduce a replace formula to keep some line breaks in multiple line text. replace(outputs('Get_item')?['variable'],'n', '<br>') and feed into another compose replace and perform a HTML to Text higher up. Wish Microsoft made it easier to perform this task.
How would you add a company logo.png?
how do i format the date in the expression
hey i tried this but it doest show up on sharepoint under the automate tab
This is NOT working for me I wasted 8 hours of my life based on this video , i1m getting the HTML template from One drive but still the first compose is NOT working
Thank you very mutch ! It was very interesting
Thanks for great video, how do i convert list attachment to PDF after approved automate?
Hi Sir, can I used notepad to create this HTML code? Thanks in advance!
Awesome… Exactly what I was looking and was doing a project just because I don't know how to make the PDF file… Hahaha…now I got.. And the template and replace part is great.
Very good video, but I have images in my list which I need to include I the PDF. I've heard of base64 but have no idea what that is. Happy to invest the time, but before I do – is it definitely possible to produce a nice looking PDF, from a Microsoft list, and include the images in the PDF?
Thank you so much, this is just what I needed, everything was explained so clearly!
Hello my friend. Great video! I have a question, I work in a company that receive hundreds of invoices in PDF format to the mail. I usually download them and add a small text on them with Adobe Acrobat. Is it possible to automate that task on power automate?
Hi need your inputs on how export the pdf in Landscape format….
This was an amazing tutorial! Thank you so much! You just solved a problem I have had for years with this. High fives!!!
Excellent video and explain! Going to implement right now 😀
Thanks for sharing this but I'm facing an issue. I have a logo img in my HTML and it's not converting to pdf. Any suggestion or workaround ?
do you know how to delete the .html file ?
Thank you for sharing. Is there video on how to create the html file and put in sharepoint? Tq
Is there a way to print the entire list?
Thank you ☺️
This is exactly what am looking for. Thanks a lot for this. I have couple of questions.
1. Does every non-string variable passing from html to replace has to be 1st converted to string? You did for number in your video. How about Date?
2. If am building this for a client, what has to be my approach in accessing the one drive for creating pdf there? The pdf would create in one drive as long as I stay there. What after I leave the client, under whose account the flow needs to be running?
You are the man!!
Thanks!!
Thank you
