16) Open Extracted folder
17) Open data units

26) Paste installation code in setup window
27) Click next four times
28) Click finish
29) Click start
30) Open crystal reports 2016
31) Click on file
32) Click open
33) Select rpt file and click open
34) Click on file
35) Click on export
36) Click on export report
37) Click on options and select Microsoft Excel
38) Click ok twice
39) Select output folder I am going to select desktop
40) Click save and close crystal reports 2016 after process finishes
