Outlook allows you to save an email as Text file or HTML document but doesn’t allow you to directly save it as Word or PDF document. If you want to save the email as PDF document in Windows 10 or 11 it’s easy to print the email as PDF document but if you use an earlier version of Windows you need to first convert the email to word document and then convert to PDF document.
