In this video, we are going to design a simple Power Automate solution that uses the capabilties of Append to Array variable to bring about merging of different files together into a single PDF.
Before you begin, please make sure the following prerequisites are in place:
1.An Office 365 subscription with access to Power Automate (Flow).
2. Muhimbi PDF Converter Services Online with a trial subscription.
3.Appropriate privileges to create Flows.
4.Working knowledge of Power Automate (Flow).

Your method of finding and using the GUID of a document library helped me solved a different problem–thank you!
Thank you for this and your other useful tutorials! I have a question on how to merge Excel files within my SP library. I have 150 Excel files, each is the same for but containing different data for each of 150 countries. The tricky part though is that although the Excel files each have the same format and I need to pull the country data from the same named sheet in each Excel file, reach file had been placed in its own separate folder. So basically I have 150 different named folders in this specific folder within the SharePoint site. What solution do I use to loop through each named folder, harvest the data in the specific sheet in each Excel file therein, and finally merge each row into one master Excel file? The final file will essentially have 150 rows. Finally, whenever there are updates to any of the individual files, I would just need to run the flow so that the row for that country in the master file will automatically be updated too. Hope there is an easy Power Automate solution for this?
Hi Yash. It's a great video.
I have a question using the same concept of arrays.
I am trying to create SQL Query from a table (Excel). Is there a way i can loop through the table id rows to help me generate a single query with all the key ids. for example.
Keyid | Name | Address
1. | XXX | 123 Avenue
2. | YYYY. | 123 Street
How can i create a single query with select * from table where id in (1,2)
I would appreciate any idea you can give me. Thanks
Can we do the same for word document without using muhimbi?
