Questions and answers
Will the layout be kept?
Yes — text positions and images are preserved. Complex tables may need a few touch-ups in Word.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
No. A scan has no text layer — use our PDF OCR tool first, then convert.
Will I get a .doc or a .docx file?
A .docx — the current Word format. It opens in Word 2007 and newer, Google Docs and LibreOffice, and you can save it as .doc from Word if you need the old format.
What happens to my file?
It is encrypted during upload and deleted from our servers automatically. We never share or read your documents.
