I have index.html out of templates dir, the path is src/main/resources/static/index.html for the rest we have the same things. How I connect index.html to my css??

Hi i have a question. i hope you can answer. my spring suite tool IDE is displaying the "actions.js" as a textfile and not a javascript source code file. also, syntax highlighting is not available for my javascript file, however CSS works completely fine… any suggestions?
