it would be nice to know ahead of time that they want you to sign up for extensions and winzip. not as easy as you say.
This thing's awesome. When someone says you can do something online for free and it actually does exactly what it says, I go into shock.
Does this keep hyperlinks?
Thank you!
how to embed an email signature
what if I have an interactive PDF?
This is mostly useless – many people who found your video were searching for how to embed a PDF into an email (URL links included) without having to attach it.
There is no need to convert PDF to JPEG. If you are using Canva, you can directly download as JPEG or PNG from Canva itself and insert it inside Gmail. But my newsletter contains weblinks. How can a JPEG file contain active weblinks?
If you have links on your PDF, will you lose them once you convert it?
wow, thanks this was very easy to follow.
I'm sorry but your title is misleading! We're talking PDF, and you convert it to JPG.
FINALLY MY QUESTION WAS ANSWERED THANKS TO THIS VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you!!!
sir i have pdf of 19 pages. its my pdf for products. i want attach this pdf to the body of the email. if I convert it in jpeg file. it becomes so heavy to load. and the recipient will close it before it fully load. so I want to know is there any other way to attach content of the pdf in the body of the mail?
This is not how you embed a PDF into the body of a message. This is how you embed a JPG.
Misleading title. This tutorial is how to convert a PDF to a JPEG and then send it as a normal image. Useless.
Thank you thank you
Thank you!
This was super helpful. Thanks so much!
Thank you. I wondered if I could insert a .pdf file and see that I have to convert it to .jpeg. I can do that with Preview
This is probably a silly question but can I do this with an iPhone?
Thank you Scott, you saved the day!
so u added a screenshot of the pdf right?.. did i miss something?
If you're looking to embed a PDF as the Title says. you will NOT find that here. He's Embedding a JPEG.
the title says pdf and you are uploading a jpg ! are you serious?! thumbs down
This is useless if you really want to have a PDF file in the body of your email message – misleading video title!
Great for a one page PDF. How do you do a two page PDF without encountering a zip file that separates the two pages into single page jpg's?
Incorrect. You embedded a .jpg which is recognized as a photo when using the attach button that you used. A .pdf is NOT recognized as a photo so it cannot be embedded this way. Correct the title of your video so as to not misrepresent please. Thanks!
Very Helpful thank you for sharing!
Can you do the same process in Microsoft Outlook?
Thank you so much
Thank you! Great stuff! I was scratching my head wondering if I can do this but your how to video is so easy to understand!
Why are you saying you are embedding a PDF if you converted it to JPEG??!! All the active links are gone this way.
Thank you! So helpful!
so you couldn't just take a screenshot of the pdf and pasting it?
This is GREAT! But… I'm finding the files are very small… too small to read when they load onto my gmail message. Is there a way to insure the pages are normal size when they are attached? Also – I'm not sure how to do the Zip file maneuver… Where will the zip file go when downloaded…?
All I can say at this point is God bless Canva!
Just what I wanted to know – thank you – invaluable.
Thanks so much!!
Thank you so much! This video was a lifesaver!
You know you could just go to the pdf file on the computer – go to file – go to export – go to format – choose jpg
The only problem is that my PDF contains links, when you convert it to JPEG, the links are no longer active. Might you know of a solution to that?
can u still click the hyperlinks and redirect?
saved my life man! thank you!!!
This was helpful. Thank you. I also learned there is an option to export the pdf (using Mac Preview) as a PNG file and this works as well.
Hi, I am trying to upload and embed a PDF with Hyperlinks. These get lost once they have been converted to a jpg. What can I do to keep the Hyperlinks within the image?
