Wrong
sorry but misleading
This is redicoulus…
I have the 2003 Word version & couldn't get it to work. I tried for about an hour using your method & finally gave up. But what's really messed up is I changed the page layout and I forgot to write down what my original settings were.
That's not a multipage PDF conversion. You're inserting a number of PNG files from the file dialogue!
That doesn't work with Word 2003, but what does work is, after your document is ready to convert to pdf, select FilePrint and next to the box for Printer Name click on the down arrow. That will reveal a list of printers you can choose, one of which is called Microsoft Print to PDF. Select that one and then click OK. A box will open that gives you the chance to select a folder on your hard drive where you want the converted document to go, as well as a box where you can name the file. After doing that, on the same screen click Save. Your document will be saved as a pdf to the folder you selected. Just remember that Print to PDF will remain as the default printer until you change it, so the next time you go to print to a physical printer, you need to change the Printer Name back to the printer you want. Otherwise you may wonder why, although you are sending documents to the printer, nothing is coming out!
This has been a great help! Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! I struggled until I found your video. Thank again!!!!
sorry, but that's terribly misleading, you're doing a simple insert, what conversion are you referring to?
