Save time and turn those pdf files into assessments, collect responses, have them graded automatically! All with Microsoft Forms. In this video I show both the Word to Forms and PDF to Forms conversion.

How do you actually administer the exam?

This doesn't work if there is no upload feature.

I don't see Import option on Microsoft Forms. I can create new Quiz and Forms but no Import option anywhere. Did MS remove that from Office?
