How to Convert a Table from Excel to PDF
In a previous tutorial, I’ve demonstrated a lot of ways to convert excel to pdf without converter. In this tutorial I’ll show you how you can convert a table as PDF from Excel. This is really easy but could be lifesaving for you. There are times where we have a lot of data on our worksheet but we need to send only a certain table as pdf to someone. In this situation convert a table from Excel to PDF quickly is important. Another important part of Excel to pdf conversion is the formatting. You don’t want to lose the source formatting whenever you convert your excel file to pdf. Lastly you need to fit your entire table in one page is important. So, you need to fit the table to the page and then convert it into pdf.
Now that we know the importance let’s heed towards the procedure to save excel table as pdf on one page without losing formatting and without any converter or software. Just follow the below procedure:
Step 1: Click on “Page Layout Menu”
Step 2: Click on the “Arrow” on “Page Setup Group”
Step 3: Change the orientation to “Landscape” if you have a wide table.
Step 4: Click on “Margin Tab”
Step 5: Under the “Center on Page” check mark both “Horizontally” and “Vertically” this will fit the table to the center of the page.
Step 6: Click on “Print Preview” to check if everything is alright.
Step 7: Now go back to your table and click on the table header you need to convert into pdf.
Step 8: Click on “File” And then “Save as”.
Step 9: Select the location to save the file and write the pdf file name.
Step 10: Under the “Save as Type” select “PDF”.
Step 11: Click on “Options” and then select “Table”
Step 12: Click “Ok” and then “Save”.
Done. You’ve successfully converted excel to pdf with all columns. This is how you convert excel table to pdf without losing formatting.
