thank you very much for uploading this video and I learned a lot from your shared video a big help for me as beginners

When I am at 'Edit LDR/008' (5:27), I leave UNIMARC unchecked and keep 008 field filled with the 's9999||||xx|||……' text as you have. However, when I export and check the file, the 008 field is absent and is instead replaced with an additional 100 field. This ends up replacing all my records which contain an Author field (as there is now a double-up) with the 's9999|||…' text. As a result I have to manually delete all of the rows containing the extra 100 field in MarcEdit before bulk uploading which is very tedious. Not sure what I have done wrong as I have carefully repeated the steps multiple times. Do you have any advice?

Hiya, It's me again, 11 months later, attempting to export again. I get stuck @ 5.39secs when using the MarcEdit Delimited Text Translator. The error message states: Sysyem.NullReferenceException: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object at frmMain.P2_cmd_Next_Click(Object sender, Event Args e) I have no idea what this means or what to do! Any suggestions gratefully received.

Sir thanks for uploading this useful video. I followed every thing what you have said but after importing in the catalog it shows 4 entry for each single tile one with barcode other without barcode. What is the solution for it?

Thanks for this really useful video. Unfortunately I get stuck at the name Excel Sheet Name bit at the 5 minute mark in the vid. Whatever I type or name my xls spreadsheet I get an error message '$ is not a valid name' Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Matt library@halswaymanor.org.uk
